I’m moving house – how do I open or close my electricity account?

If you’re moving home, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a final meter read at your existing account address and register your new address to your account from the day you move. Simply log into My Account and complete the online form or phone us on 1800 267 926 if you are a residential customer or 1800 737 036 if you are a business customer to arrange this.
