How do I know which tariff I'm on?

Your electricity bill will tell you which tariff is currently applied to your account and the rates charged. If you think you are on the wrong tariff, please contact us on 1800 267 926 if you are a residential customer or 1800 737 036 if you are a business customer between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays.

Your local Horizon Power office will also be able to advise you of the tariff relevant to you.
