Try the new MyAccount business experience

It only takes a couple of minutes to register! All you need is your business account number and either the email address or mobile number you have on file with us. You can link multiple accounts - just have a copy of the bills handy.
  • What is MyAccount?
    MyAccount is Horizon Power’s online portal for you to access and manage your energy account, view bills, make payments, and more through a secure online platform. 
  • What can I do through MyAccount?
    You can view and pay your bill, pay smaller amounts with direct debit, set up payment reminders, add a concession, request a payment extension and view known outages in your area. Plus, you can track your current energy spend and an estimate of your next bill. Prepaid Power customers can quickly top up your credit and track how many days your credit should last.   
  • Is MyAccount secure?
    Horizon Power takes security seriously and employs measures to protect your personal and account information, in line with our Privacy Policy and MyAccount Terms & Conditions. Ensure that you use a strong password and log out after each session to maintain security. 
  • Can I update my contact information through MyAccount?
    Yes. You can submit a request to update your contact information, including your email address and phone number, in the Account Details section of MyAccount. 
  • Is there a mobile app for MyAccount?
    MyAccount will be available to download from the App Store and Google Play store soon. In the meantime, you can access MyAccount on your mobile phone browser by visiting
