We can make sure you are receiving any subsidies, rebates and grants you may be entitled to, set up a repayment plan and discuss ways in which you can reduce your electricity use to reduce your next bill. We may in some instances be able to offer a payment extension.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance through the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS). HUGS assists people in financial hardship to help pay their utility bills and avoid utility disconnection. You don’t need a concession card to be eligible for this payment – please contact us to find out more.
