If you are an incorporated association not registered with ACNC or ORIC
To confirm your incorporation we require the names of your office holders (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer etc). This information is used within Horizon Power to check to ensure there are no conflicts of interest.
This can be provided in either of two ways:
Certified copies of your certificate of incorporation (to establish your incorporation), copy of your constitution or rules of incorporation (to establish which roles your association has) and a copy of your latest minutes (confirming the names of your current office holders)
Executed Statutory Declaration
If you are a trust
We need to know the name of the Trustee, the name of the Trust and the names of the beneficiaries of the Trust. If the Trustee is a company, please provide the ACN. If the Trustee is an individual, please provide a copy of their driver’s license. Please confirm the trustee has capacity to receive funds on behalf of the Trust.
If you are a partnership
We need to know the names of the partners. If the partners are individuals, please provide their names. If the partners are companies, please provide their ACNs. If the partners are Trusts, please provide information on the trusts as set out in the trusts section above.
