Annual brand reputation and customer satisfaction survey

From 19 April to 10 May 2022, Horizon Power’s independent research partner, Faster Horses, will be inviting customers to participate in our annual brand reputation and customer satisfaction survey.  

The survey will help us get to know you better and provide you with an opportunity to have your say about how you use electricity and which services matter most to you. The information you provide will help us continue to build upon our service commitments and focus on what is most important to you and your community.

The survey takes less than ten minutes, and you could win one of five $200 Visa prepaid cards.
