Managing your electricity account has never been easier!
My Account is Horizon Power’s online customer portal where all your billing and payment information is stored in one convenient place. You will have access to your account at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With My Account you can: open a new account, pay your bill, view your bills, update your contact details, tell us when you move house, register for concessions, sign up for direct debit and switch to paperless billing. If you are an existing customer, you will need your account number handy when you register.
Keep track of how much electricity you are using at any time, from anywhere.
Our mobile app offers the best features of My Account as well as your daily and hourly energy usage. You can even view your current spend and an estimate of what your next bill is likely to be, based on your average daily usage. Other features include:
- Pay your bill, or pay a portion towards future bills
- Manage your account
- Use the appliance calculator to see which appliances use the most energy in your home
- Browse simple energy saving tips
- If you have solar installed, view how much energy you’re exporting to the grid.
The app is available for free to download from the Google Play or App Store. You can access the app using your My Account log in details. If you haven’t registered with My Account, the app will guide you through the process. The first time you log into the app, you will need to select a four-digit PIN. Your PIN is a secure way for you to quickly log into the app, make a payment and view your account.

The appliance calculator lets you see which appliances contribute the most to your power bill and provides simple energy saving tips for your home.
View your estimated current spend for this billing period and an estimate of what your bill would be if your average daily usage remains the same.

View and search for planned and unplanned power outages. Find out what to do during an outage and how to report a fault or make a claim.
Do you have a pre-paid meter?
With our app you can easily buy credit, view your credit balance, keep track of the units of electricity used and the dollars spent. It also provides the estimated days of credit remaining on your meter, based on your past electricity usage, and your cost of electricity for the past 24 hours.
If you have a pre-paid meter you cannot register for My Account. After you download the app, simply select the log in option in the app menu to complete the registration process and set up your four digit PIN.
