You can call us on 1800 267 926 if you are a residential customer or on 1800 737 036 if you are business customer. We are available Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Faults and emergencies should be reported to us 24/7 on 13 23 51.  

If you would like to speak to someone in person, you can visit one of our local offices. Please note, that we are unable to accept bill payment at our offices.
