Complete our online form to register for My Account. Have your account number and the email address you used when you first opened your energy account with us ready.

If you don't have this information, call us on 1800 267 926 and we can help you over the phone. Once your registration is complete, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to your online account.

You’ll receive your Horizon Power bill by email – which is more efficient and better for the environment.

Shrink the to-do list with a direct debit plan

Lighten your admin load even further by signing up for a direct debit plan. You can opt to either pay the full amount or make smaller, more frequent payments.

Keep your details up to date

Easily update your contact information - like phone number, postal address and bank details when you need to.
