You will need to become a Horizon Power accreditated supplier to participate in the project.

Please download and complete the Supplier registration form and upload this completed form as part of your application. 

You will also need to attach your insurance details as well, please ensure you have the following details handy to attach (if applicable):

  • Public / Product liability
  • Workers compensation
  • Motor vehicle
  • Professional Indemnity
