We're improving the way we notify you about power outages

From March 2025, we’ll be automating our email and SMS outage notifications to customers for planned and unplanned power outages.

This means you can nominate a primary outage contact to receive power outage notifications in addition to the authorised account holder.

We'll also notify this contact of any planned or unplanned outages that affect your business - so it's easier to prepare for or manage these when they occur.
