Where is the streetlight located?

Please check our map to confirm if the streetlight is located within Horizon Power's service area. If you are reporting a faulty streetlight from within Western Power's service area, visit their website. 


When will the streetlight be repaired?

The fault will be looked at within five working days for Karratha/Port Hedland and nine working days for other Horizon Power areas. 

We are committed to providing the safest and most reliable power supply to customers and we work hard to safely and quickly resolve faults when they occur. We are unable to raise a fault job if the information provided is incorrect so please ensure the location information is accurate.
