My Account online services will be temporarily unavailable from Thursday 19 July

In order to perform system maintenance, My Account online services will be temporarily unavailable from 10 am Thursday 19 July to 8 am Monday 23 July. This includes some account services available through the Horizon Power app, such as payment extensions and updating your account details.

You can still pay your bill online here. Pre-paid meter payments will not be affected and no disconnections will take place during the maintenance period.
