Direct debit now available

We already offer a number of payment options; by telephone, cheque, BPAY, through Centrepay and at any Australia Post agency or outlet and the introduction of direct debit is just another option to make paying your electricity account more convenient and as easy as possible.

Paying your account by direct debit takes the worry out of remembering to pay your account, with full  payment automatically deducted from your nominated bank account every two months on the account due date.

You will still receive a Horizon Power account if you chose this payment option so you can see how much electricity you have used, the total amount of your account and when payment will be deduced from your bank account.
