⚠️TROPICAL CYCLONE ZELIA ⚠️ Severe Tropical Cyclone Zelia passed by Port Hedland today as the eye of the Category 4 system crossed the coast near De Grey around lunchtime, bringing destructive winds and torrential rain that uprooted trees and some streetlights and flooded streets. Your safety means everything to us. ALWAYS stay 10m away from any fallen powerlines and underground power supplies. Always assume that powerlines and underground power supplies are live and that you need to take care around them. If you have an outage, DO NOT go near any of the power assets such as powerlines or green domes Call Horizon Power’s 24-hour hotline – 13 23 51 - to report any new electrical faults or power outages And, stay up to date by following Department of Fire and Emergency Services WA and downloading the Emergency WA app at emergency.wa.gov.au Stay up to date with Cyclone Zelia resources at horizonpower.com.au/zelia
