Customer reputation and satisfaction survey

Providing you with a safe and steady supply of electricity, and the best possible customer service, underpins every decision we make at Horizon Power.

From 29 April to 30 May 2020, we'll be contacting customers to participate in a short survey that will help us get to know you better and provide you with an opportunity to have your say. The information you provide us will help us continue to build upon our service commitments and focus on what is most important to you. By answering a few simple questions, we can learn about how you use electricity and which services matter most to you.

The survey takes less than seven minutes and you could win one of five $200 Visa prepaid cards.
