Click here to pay online. You can pay your account with any credit or debit card.
Make payment with your credit or debit card by telephoning the Horizon Power phone payment line on 1300 134 615 and following the prompts.
Post your cheque along with the payment slip portion of your account to:

Paying your account by direct debit takes the worry out of remembering to pay your account, with full payment automatically deducted from your nominated bank account every two months on the account due date.
You will still receive a Horizon Power account if you chose this payment option so you can see how much electricity you have used, the total amount of your account and when payment will be deduced from your bank account.

Use your internet or phone banking to pay your account with your cheque or savings account. You will need the BPAY reference and payment number found on the payment slip portion of your account to use this service.
You can pay your Horizon Power account at any Australia Post agency or outlet.
You will need to bring your account with you to use this payment service.
If you would like to make smaller, more frequent payments towards your electricity account, please ask us for a free Horizon Power Budget Card.
The Budget Card can be taken to any Australia Post agency or outlet and scanned, just like the barcode on your account.
You can make a payment of $20 or more as often as you like towards your account which can help you pay off accounts before the due date.
Horizon Power customers receiving Centrelink payments can apply for a free direct bill paying service called Centrepay.
Instead of paying your account every two months, payments are budgeted into smaller, more manageable amounts.
You can organise to begin paying minimum $20 fortnightly payments of your Horizon Power account by contacting Centrelink on 13 12 02.
If you are experiencing payment difficulties or are in financial hardship, please call us on 1800 267 926 as soon as you receive your account so that we can discuss your options and assistance that may be available to you.
Horizon Power can offer you a standard 14 day extension to give you more time to pay your account in full, or can set up a customised payment arrangement allowing you to make multiple payments over an agreed period of time.
Customers experiencing financial hardship may also be eligible for assistance through the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS).
