If you have financial difficulties paying your Horizon Power bill, please call us on 1800 267 926 before the due date to talk about arranging a 'Payment Plan'.
Payment Plans allow you to pay off your bill in agreed amounts - weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your own situation. Once we have worked out a Payment Plan that suits you, we will send you a letter outlining each payment you need to make and the payment dates.
There may be circumstances where further assistance from Financial Counsellors may be required. Horizon Power will refer customers assessed as being in Financial Hardship to other support agencies and schemes where appropriate as outlined in our Financial Hardship Policy below.
