Pay Your Account

Paying your Horizon Power account is made easy with a number of payment options to choose from.  Should you have any questions in relation to your power bill, you can speak to one of our customer service representatives on 1800 267 926.

For customers with the convenience of the internet, you are able to pay you power bill online. Payments can also be made in person at a number of outlets, or alternatively you may pay your power bill over the phone using your credit card.

To assist in budgeting for your power use, customers may like to take advantage of our Horizon Power budget card. The Horizon Power budget card effectively allows you to pay your power bill in advance by instalments.

Further information on our payment options are available below and also appear on your Horizon Power bill.

  • Online Payment

    Use your credit card and make an online secured payment.

  • By Mail

    Send your payment slip along with your cheque or money order, made payable to Horizon Power.

  • BPAY

    BPAY services are provided by phone and the Internet using your cheque or savings account only.

  • BPAY View

    BPAY View is an electronic bill presentment and payment channel.

  • Pay in Person

    Where can you pay your bill(s) in person?

  • Pay Over The Phone

    Payments may be made using your credit card by calling 1300 134 615.

  • Payment Difficulties?

    If you have financial difficulties paying your Horizon Power bill, please call us on 1800 267 926.

  • Centrepay

    If you are a residential customer receiving a Centrelink payment, you can apply for Centrepay - a free direct bill paying service.

  • Budget Card

    The Horizon Power Budget Card allows you to pay amounts of $30 or more in advance towards your next power bill.
