BPAY services are provided by phone and the Internet using your cheque or savings account only.
Call your bank or log onto your bank's web site. You will need the biller code and payment reference number which are both located on your Horizon Power account near the BPAY logo.
If your account is overdue, it takes time for the electronic payment to be registered with Horizon Power. You should allow about 3 days for Horizon Power to receive confirmation of your payment. If your supply has been disconnected due to non-payment of your account, your power supply will not be re-connected until confirmation of payment has been received. It is recommended that you make your payment at an Australia Post agency instead and ring our Customer Service Representatives on 1800 267 926 and advise of the payment being made and the receipt number. This will enable us to commence the process to have your power supply re-connected.
