
If you are wanting to have power connected to your new or existing home, you should ensure that an application is made to Horizon Power in a timely manner.
Horizon Power endeavours to have all new residential customers within an existing Horizon Power licensed area where the powerlines run past the property, connected within 20 business days of acceptance of quotation.
If the supply to your premise requires the network to be extended or upgraded, a period of up to 12 weeks may be required. You will be advised if this applies to you when we respond to your application.

Before making an application for supply from Horizon Power you should check that your premise is located within the licensed area for your town or community.
Horizon Power is only able to supply power to premises located within town and community license Areas approved by the Economic Regulation Authority. These license areas have been approved by the Economic Regulation Authority.
