Horizon Power moved to a new customer contact centre over the weekend, as part of our commitment to excellent service to all of our customers across the State. Horizon Power customers will be attended to by dedicated call centre staff who have received comprehensive Horizon Power training to meet all of your needs.
When you call our contact centre, you will notice a new voice, and some of the menu options have been slightly amended to streamline your choices. The contact number for Horizon Power’s customer service staff for account and general enquiries will remain the same:
Residential account enquiries 1800 267 926
Business account enquiries 1800 737 036
Your Horizon Power bill will largely look the same, however your account number will be different. All the current methods of payment continue to be available. If paying by BPAY, please ensure that the correct biller code (as displayed on the bill) is used.
Unfortunately, BPAY View will not be available for some time. For those customers who currently use BPAY View, we will be sending you some correspondence to confirm this change. We are working to include this option for you in the future.
