Safety always comes first at Horizon Power. 

If you are aware of an unsafe power installation or experience a supply interruption, please call our response team on 13 23 51.

If you see a faulty streetlight, you can report this directly by telephoning 1800 264 914 or by using the online form.

  • Power Outages and Restoration

    If you experience a power outage, call our response team on 13 23 51.

  • Dial Before You Dig

    Ring 1100 to identify the location of underground power services before you dig.

  • Safety

    Safety of our workers, suppliers and assets is always number one priority at Horizon Power.

  • Report A Faulty Streetlight

    Please use Freecall 1800 264 914 to report a faulty streetlight (or damaged pole) or complete the form.

  • Reporting A Fault

    Faults can be reported to us on 13 23 51. To assist us in a quick response to your call, it is useful to provide us with details of your Horizon Power account number or meter number.
