Horizon Power Environmental Policy

Our Environmental Policy was launched on 1 April 2006.

It recognises today's need for practical environmental care in order to protect the right of future generations to a sustainable and diverse natural environment. A strong emphasis is placed on the importance of leadership within the organisation, and by the organisation in the wider community.

The environmental responsibilities of all employees and contractors are highlighted in the policy with Executive Management driving the development and implementation of the policy. The policy complies with AS, NZS and ISO 14001 Standards.
