Notice to all Horizon Power Suppliers
Release Date: 24-07-2014
Please be advised that from Friday 24 July, we will commence using Tenders WA for the advertising of all our sourcing requirements, including Requests for Tender and Invitations for Expressions of Interest (together, ‘Market Requests’). Notwithstanding, we will continue to advertise our Market Requests in The West Australian and in relevant regional newspapers indefinitely.
In order to access our Market Request documentation and receive notifications of any Addenda that are sent out in relation to a Market Request (if applicable), you must be registered with Tenders WA. If you are not already registered as a supplier on the Tenders WA website, we encourage you to do so. For further information on how to register, please refer to Tenders WA’s Quick Reference Guide, “How do I Register as a New Supplier”, available on: https://www.tenders.wa.gov.au/watenders/library/browse.do?selected=Quick Reference Guides for Suppliers&cwd=&action=browse.
Please note that Tenders WA has a notification service in relation to new open Market Requests, which is available to its registered suppliers. Horizon Power will be linking its open Market Requests to the service category, “Public Utilities and Public Sector Related Services” on Tenders WA. We recommend that you nominate this service category as one of your Tenders WA My Categories, either when setting up your new registration or updating your current registration. This will ensure you receive notifications from Tenders WA of Horizon Power’s open Market Requests.
Active suppliers to Horizon Power will shortly be receiving a notification letter confirming the change to use Tenders WA.
