L4 Tariff

The L4 medium/large business tariff is available to customers where the electricity is used for business purposes and at low/medium voltage (240/415V), with consumption of 50 MWh or more per annum (greater than 137 units per day on average).

The L4 tariff consists of a daily supply (fixed) charge and declining block energy charges, ie. the cost of an additional unit of electricity decreases as consumption increases.

  1 July 2010
Supply charge - cents per day 38.01
Electricity charge - cents per unit for first 1650 units per day 24.97
Electricity charge - cents per unit for more than 1650 units per day 22.54

All prices are inclusive of GST and have been rounded to two decimal places.

*New commercial customers should discuss their electricity needs and pricing with their local Horizon Power representative.
