If you have financial difficulties paying your Horizon Power bill, please call us on 1800 737 036 before the due date to talk about arranging 'Planned Payments'.

Planned Payments allow you to pay off your bill in agreed amounts - weekly, monthly or fortnightly depending on your own situation. Once we have worked out a Planned Payment that suits you, we will send you a voucher for each payment you need to make.
