Pay Your Account

This section describes the various, easy methods of paying your Horizon Power bill. 

An option only available to our business customers is to receive your power bill online which can then be paid using our secure online services.

Follow the links below for further information on your preferred payment option, or to make a secure online payment using your credit card.

Should you have any questions in relation to your power bill, feel free to speak to our customer service area on 1800 737 036.

  • Online Payment

    Use your credit card and make an online secured payment.

  • By Mail

    Send your payment slip along with your cheque or money order, made payable to Horizon Power.

  • BPAY

    BPAY services are provided by phone and the Internet using your cheque or savings account only.

  • Pay in Person

    Whare can you pay your bill(s) in person?

  • Pay Over The Phone

    Payments may be made using your credit card by calling 1300 134 615.

  • Payment Difficulties?

    Having difficulties paying your Horizon Power bill? Please call us on 1800 737 036 before the due date to talk about arranging 'Planned Payments'.
