This form is used for Horizon Power to install a service line from the overhead network to your underground pillar (often referred to as pole to pillar).
This form is required to arrange for Current Transformer (CT) metering when there will be no increase in demand, eg. replacement of existing switchboard or metering.
The Supply Extension Scheme operates in a number of regional areas supplied by Horizon Power. If you are purchasing a property in a rural area, it may be that the property you are buying has an annual charge applicable under a Scheme which has been operating for a number of years. This information will help us to understand your requirements for electricity supply, assess whether any electrical infrastructure is required to supply electricity and estimate the cost. This form can be used to arrange connection or disconnection of power to your property.
This request form is to be used to obtain a quotation to move Horizon Power assets (such as a supply pillar or network pole in the street). Relocation of an asset will be subject to a suitable alternate location. All costs involved in moving assets will be chargeable to the requestor.
Horizon Power extends its overhead/underground distribution network to new customers under an arrangement called the Supply Extension Scheme (SES). Conditions apply and are outlined in the application form below.
This form is required for unmetered electricity supply connections in public places, eg. traffic lights, illuminated street signs, local government owned street lights, telecommunication equipment, etc.
