In the first instance you will need to check your current supply arrangement to see if you have to provide notice or terminate that current supply arrangement.
If you choose to exit your contract you will have to provide notice, and your contract will show what this notice is. If you are in a market contract, you may have to pay a termination fee.
Regardless of what your contractual arrangement is, you should provide 3 business days notice of your vacation of the old premises.

No. Existing tariffs are regulated by the Government and no customer will be forced to change their tariff. The only exception to this would be if you are not connected to the correct tariff, for example a business on a residential tariff.
It is important to note that existing tariffs will act as a safety net, so regardless of your situation, you will always be able to obtain a tariff from Horizon Power.
