Price and escalation provisions;
What advice and services on energy efficiency are available, and at what cost?
Can your supplier help you to minimise your business costs by reducing your energy consumption, using effective energy management?
Consider your supplier's standby arrangements for supply reliability. No supplier can guarantee generation, transmission and distribution facilities will perform at their best all of the time;
Does your supplier have the necessary experience and technical support in the electricity market?
What billing arrangements are being offered? Can bill accounts be tailored to suit your reporting requirements?
Are all charges for the supply of electricity to your site clearly specified in a Retail Proposal? and
Is there good value in the overall package that you receive from your preferred supplier?
