Our Executive team

Our business is structured to ensure we are best placed to deliver excellent service to our customers.  This means that we have members of our management team based in both Perth and Karratha, keeping us connected to our customers and local communities.

 Horizon Power's organisational structure displays our eight business divisions, general managers and Managing Director.

Our Board of Directors

Horizon Power is owned by the State Government and has a Board of Directors that reports to the Minister for Energy.  The Minister appoints the Chairperson and members.

The Board is the governing body of Horizon Power and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation.  Holding bi-monthly meetings to consider matters relating to business and regional development,  the Board approves major expenditure and provides advice to the Minister on regional power issues.

To ensure our regional areas are well represented, most of our Directors live in regional Western Australia and bring local knowledge and expertise to their role.
