The Annual Report shows Horizon Power’s achievements and financial performance for each financial year. The Annual Report is tabled in Parliament by the Minister for Energy.

Network quality and reliability of supply annual performance reports and audits

In accordance with the requirements of the Electricity Industry (Network Quality & Reliability of Supply) Code 2005, Horizon Power publishes an annual Network Quality and Reliability of Supply Annual Performance Report, along with an audit conducted by an independent auditor.

Code of Conduct annual performance reports

In accordance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct (For the Supply of Electricity to Small Use Customers) (Code of Conduct), Horizon Power publishes a Code of Conduct performance report each year.
