Horizon Power publishes various reports each year to meet legislation requirements, openly communicate with our stakeholders and to ensure transparency of our business.

Network quality and reliability of supply annual performance reports and audits

In accordance with the requirements of the Electricity Industry (Network Quality & Reliability of Supply) Code 2005, Horizon Power publishes an annual Network Quality and Reliability of Supply Annual Performance Report, along with an audit conducted by an independent auditor.

Code of Conduct annual performance reports

In accordance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct (For the Supply of Electricity to Small Use Customers) (Code of Conduct), Horizon Power publishes a Code of Conduct performance report each year.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Horizon Power embraces the opportunity to develop a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The RAP will be supported by our Corporate Goals and Objectives which are:

Our work will continue to facilitate and develop opportunities to work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Horizon Power's RAP has been developed in collaboration with representation from executive members, managers and staff from across the organisation, Indigenous staff and external Indigenous stakeholders.
